About the Team
Developing high-quality autonomous driving systems and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) is an immensely complex and urgent challenge. To achieve this, it is vital to meticulously design the software architecture, development processes, environments, and testing methodologies.
Our team has two primary objectives:
1) To formulate and enhance software development standards that ensure compliance with automotive industry standards by engineers.
2) To appropriately conduct cross-team development activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Utilizing expertise in international standards, process models, software technologies, and development management, we drive these initiatives through proactive engagement and effective communication.
Desired Candidate
We are seeking a talented engineer who can design and implement systems to ensure product quality. In this position, you will closely collaborate with various stakeholders within group companies on system design, architecture, development, testing, and project management.
We welcome candidates with experience in software quality management who can derive effective solutions flexibly across teams. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial for achieving results in this role.
Your direct supervisor will be the Global Process Engineering Team Lead.
The work style is hybrid, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
