You will guide a talented team of process engineers, driving innovation in PEALD processes, materials, and applications to deliver exceptional solutions that align with customer technology roadmaps. Close collaboration with customers, account technology leaders, product management, and global R&D teams will be essential as you translate advanced device requirements into world-class process technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of process development engineers specializing in PEALD technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.Drive the development of next-generation PEALD processes, materials, and applications to meet customer needs and market demands.Define and influence hardware requirements to support advanced PEALD process specifications.Identify, develop, and qualify new chemistries and materials for future device architectures.Collaborate with customers, Account Technology Directors, Global Product Management, and Business Development teams to align on technical roadmaps.Partner with corporate R&D organizations to deliver new applications and materials that support customer technology advancements.Ensure the generation of intellectual property and technical publications as a result of advanced process development initiatives.Contribute creatively to the advancement of process engineering within the organization.
