Required QualificationsUniversity degree in IT with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience. Proven experience with the MS Dynamics 365 core product platform and its modules, including Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, and Project Operations. Strong background in the MS Dynamics Development Framework using . NET and JavaScript. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customizations, including Entity-Relationship Management, Processes, Flows, and Business Rules. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 licensing schema and security model. Proficient in web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular.js, and Typescript. Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse Web API. Knowledge of Power Apps landscape, including Power Automate and Power Apps Component Framework. Experience with solution packaging and deployment across environments. Excellent command of the English language.

European Dynamics is hiring a Senior Solution Architect (MS Dynamics 365) fluent in English. This position can be based at the Valletta office in Malta or performed remotely from within the EU. The architect will join the Development team and work closely with a major client’s IT staff, including regular onsite collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions.
Assess business needs and propose, design, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions for enhancements in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
Provide consultancy and conduct in-depth technical studies related to Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and related ICT governance processes.
Support CRM architecture, including designing building blocks, data modeling, integration, and migration approaches.
Handle system configuration, customization, and development using Microsoft Dynamics Plugins and Web Services.
Prepare and update technical documentation, such as enterprise and solution architecture documents, operational manuals, version descriptions, release guidelines, and user manuals.
Join requirement gathering meetings and training sessions for end users.

Location

Work from Valletta, Malta or remotely within the EU.
