About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect with a strong background in pre-sales to assist large enterprises in becoming more data-driven. In collaboration with the Enterprise Account Executive (AE), you will define and steer the technical strategy for our most significant accounts, driving deeper integration of our products and fostering the adoption of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and leadership will be pivotal in maximizing success for these accounts.
Your role will involve partnering with hands-on resources to develop proof-of-concepts and effectively demonstrate Databricks' offerings. A deep technical understanding of the relevance and application of ML and AI across various use cases in different sectors is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical voice for Databricks, working with multiple clients.
- Guide clients on a transformational journey, aiding them in evaluating and integrating Databricks into their strategies.
- Implement and manage the technical strategy for the account.
- Foster a network of technical champions within client organizations.
- Align technical strategies with Databricks solutions effectively.
- Provide structured mentorship and support for team members.
- Earn respect from peers through your experience, insights, and contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in establishing and leading virtual teams to achieve success within client accounts.
- Experience managing large global accounts with an annual revenue exceeding $1 million.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with executives and key influencers, both internally and externally.
- Capability to present compelling viewpoints to decision-makers, guiding them towards successful outcomes.
