Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 11 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 3 years in pre-sales for enterprise software. Proficiency in modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#) is essential. Experience in designing scalable, highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises, is required. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with customers to analyze complex application architectures and provide actionable technology-driven improvements. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for articulating complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. Additionally, experience strategizing with sales teams and developing comprehensive account strategies is highly desirable. Willingness to travel up to 25% is expected. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
