Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in fulfilling their technology and business requirements through Redis products and services.

  • Analyze, quantify, and validate customer business needs and their specific use cases.

  • Collaborate closely with customer technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, and executives) to ensure the successful implementation of all POCs and pilot projects.

  • Work with the Sales team to develop strategic account approaches and uncover new opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Represent Redis and its capabilities in a compelling manner, helping customers recognize the business impact and competitive advantages of our offerings.

  • Leverage customer insights to enhance product documentation, technical best practices, and materials, while providing valuable feedback to the Product Management and R&D teams.
