Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to enhance our Solutions Consulting team in the United States. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with our Federal sales team to tackle pressing cybersecurity challenges faced by prospective Federal, Military, and Civilian agencies. You will play a crucial role in defining customer requirements and aligning our solution offerings to deliver exceptional value and achieve technical success.

Candidates must be based in the DC Metro area, Virginia, or Maryland to support our Federal sales initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain an expert-level understanding of Immersive's Cyber Workforce Resilience Platform and competitive technologies.
Identify and articulate the technical requirements and use cases of prospective customers, aligning them with Immersive Labs' technical and business value proposition.
Engage with C-level executives, cybersecurity professionals, and key business units through comprehensive solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept management.
Serve as a trusted security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by developing cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and assessing organizational risks.
Collaborate with Sales to strategize and execute plans for securing technical wins for new business opportunities and upsells.
Immerse yourself in the cybersecurity community to stay updated on evolving threats, trends, and emerging technologies.
Work with product, content, and engineering teams to represent customer insights and influence product innovation.
Represent Immersive Labs at industry conferences, security events, and networking opportunities.
