As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Lean, you will serve as a vital technical partner for customers throughout their integration journey. Your responsibilities will include leading technical presales, designing and implementing integrations into production, and promoting product adoption to ensure customers achieve significant business value. You will manage client integrations from start to finish, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advance deals, ensure successful launches, and foster long-term product usage. This role is pivotal for commercially savvy engineers who excel at translating technical intricacies into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide deep product and technical insights, confidently recommending appropriate solution designs, product combinations, and implementation strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Diagnose complex technical challenges independently, swiftly identifying root causes and collaborating cross-functionally to implement durable solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end quality in implementations by offering robust technical guidance, enhancing solution structures, and facilitating smooth, low-friction go-lives.
- Lead consultative discovery discussions to uncover client needs and align solutions accordingly.
