As a vital part of our success, our engineers play a crucial role in delivering value to our clients. We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer specialized in Data Center solutions to join our team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This position will be instrumental in both pre-sales design and post-sales implementation, with responsibilities including:
- Collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies for our clients.
- Carrying out essential pre-sales technical functions to develop system designs.
- Creating Bills of Materials (BoM), diagrams, and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Implementing the designed systems post-sale.
- Documenting the project after implementation.
- Providing comprehensive end-user systems administration training for CompuNet solutions after rollout.
- Building strategic partnerships with key manufacturer partner SEs.

- Actively listen to and resolve customer technical challenges by designing appropriate solutions that align with their business needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively about various technologies at a high level.
- Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Maintain current certifications and seek new certifications in emerging areas.
- Participate in all team activities, including calls, meetings, and events.
