Your Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle, assisting prospects in grasping the potential of Heidi’s solutions, assessing integration feasibility, and ensuring a seamless transition to implementation.

You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering teams to address complex enterprise requirements, including EMR integrations, SSO, custom data workflows, telephony systems (e.g., Twilio, WebRTC, SIP), and security architecture. Your technical expertise, customer-focused approach, and strong sense of ownership will be crucial to the success of every deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Discovery & Qualification: Lead comprehensive technical discussions with enterprise and mid-market clients to identify integration, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Solution Design: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to craft customized solutions that align with client needs and Heidi’s platform roadmap.

  • Product Demos & Technical Presentations: Provide engaging demonstrations and architecture overviews to technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and confidence in our solutions.
