The Opportunity
The Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs serves as the frontline product specialists, driving our global growth by educating both prospective and existing customers. Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction and success through engaging demonstrations, hands-on training, impactful presentations, technical assessments, and continuous engagement. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, we play a vital role in qualifying and closing opportunities, acting as the key communication link between customers and our Product Management and Engineering teams.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will excel at listening to customers, grasping their needs, asking insightful questions, and translating their requirements into effective solutions utilizing Grafana Labs technology. You will serve as a crucial intermediary between our highly skilled engineering team, our customers, and our Sales department.
