The Opportunity
The Solutions Engineering team serves as the customer-facing experts for our products. This team is instrumental in driving Grafana Labs' global growth by educating both potential and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. We leverage our technical and product knowledge through engaging demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and continuous interaction. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, we help qualify and close opportunities, serving as a vital communication link between our customers, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
A Solutions Engineer listens attentively to prospects and customers, understands their needs, asks insightful questions to gather essential information, and translates this into effective solutions utilizing Grafana Labs technology. They act as the bridge connecting our highly technical engineering team with our customers and Sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Conducting product demonstrations and technical evaluations to showcase our offerings.
- Collaborating with Sales to support opportunity qualification and closure.
- Acting as a key communication channel between customers, Product Management, and Engineering.
