We are looking for a seasoned Staff Product Manager with proven expertise in driving product innovations from ideation to successful market delivery. As a pivotal member of the SaaS Data Protection team, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of data protection capabilities for our Salesforce solution. We seek a dynamic product leader capable of scaling this product line, which is integral to our SaaS offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing data applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver a cutting-edge data protection solution. As an advocate for both our customers and our business, you will harmonize diverse perspectives and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for data backup and recovery solutions tailored for Salesforce.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch top-tier product experiences.
- Analyze the Salesforce protection market landscape to establish clear competitive differentiation.
- Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), manage project timelines, and formulate product rollout strategies.
- Create and maintain enablement materials for sales and sales engineering teams.
- Nurture relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Design, Salesforce Administration, Monetization) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Serve as the product expert and represent the team in customer-facing engagements.
- Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging customer insights and previous Salesforce knowledge to steer product strategy, execution, and to foster internal customer empathy.
- Identify, validate, and integrate value-added services, particularly in the security and AI domains, to enhance Rubrik’s Salesforce offerings.
