Key Responsibilities
As a Senior/Staff Product Manager at Wizeline, you will lead and support initiatives through the following activities:
- Crafting a comprehensive product strategy to shift from project-based thinking to continuous delivery of customer value.
- Creating a detailed product roadmap with key milestones.
- Prioritizing and assessing product features.
- Designing solutions: collaborating with UX Design Leads to develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Aligning stakeholders with a unified understanding of the product vision, including market analysis, problem identification, user personas, and objectives.
- Exercising strategic thinking to navigate complex product challenges and drive internal thought leadership.
- Ensuring attention to detail and quality as you drive results across evolving project scopes.
- Facilitating collaboration and achieving results with cross-functional teams.
- Communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats to diverse and high-stakes audiences.
- Promoting Lean/Agile methodologies to minimize waste and foster continuous development.
- Shifting client focus from outputs to outcomes through data-driven experimentation and rapid build/measure/learn cycles.
- Applying principles of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to product definition and process optimization.
