We are seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager to join our Central Engineering Operations team. This pivotal role will drive our objectives forward and enhance the performance of our Engineering team.
The primary mission of the Senior Staff Program Manager for Central Engineering Operations is to foster operational excellence and enhance execution across critical Engineering and R&D domains. Our Engineering organization is segmented into various global functional groups that utilize diverse processes, systems, tools, and KPIs to deliver outstanding data pipelines and stimulate innovation.
This role emphasizes boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of Engineering and R&D in achieving our strategic goals by spearheading comprehensive process and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Given that most of the processes pertain to the software development industry, we expect candidates to possess extensive experience in software development, successfully managing multiple programs, and delivering software projects from inception to completion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, research, product, and engineering, is essential. Ideally, you have experience in a technology firm with a strong focus on engineering operations, comprehending the intricacies of Engineering and R&D processes, and leveraging data-driven strategies to elevate them to the next level.
