Qualifications

You will:Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, ensuring the creation and execution of an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system. Manage relationships with hiring managers by developing partnerships that define their needs, advising on leveling, and guiding them towards hiring decisions. Conduct recruiting analyses and talent assessments to refine your search strategy and enhance overall hiring productivity, adjusting tactics as necessary. Foster candidate relationships by providing exceptional care and experience throughout the recruitment process. Extend, negotiate, and finalize offers, providing recommendations to hiring managers on closing strategies. You have:8+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruiting, particularly with international firms. Experience in shaping hiring strategies for complex technical organizations. Proven ability to build influential relationships with senior business leaders. Familiarity with software engineering roles and terminology. Demonstrated success in closing candidates. Experience in enhancing hiring processes. A background in a startup or fast-paced hiring environment.
