At 42dot, we are in search of a Senior Strategy Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term corporate strategies from a holistic perspective. This position involves not only crafting strategic plans but also actively leading the resolution of various organizational issues. By analyzing sectors such as Software-defined Vehicles, mobility, and autonomous driving, you will provide critical insights to support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage annual and long-term management strategies
Monitor and coordinate business alignment with major corporate initiatives
Proactively identify and resolve various company-wide management issues
Conduct analyses of adjacent industries, policies, and industry trends to derive actionable insights
Engage in strategic collaboration and coordination with affiliates and partners
Prepare reports for executives to facilitate informed decision-making
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, planning, consulting, or business development
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Experience in managing executive communications and collaboration with related departments
Expertise in conducting in-depth market and competitor research
Ability to produce high-quality documentation swiftly and effectively
Proficient in business-level English communication
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of Software-defined Vehicles, mobility, and autonomous driving technologies
Experience in technology development and communication about technical issues
Background in strategic consulting projects
Preferred candidates with experience in large corporations or holding companies
