Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive structural analysis and design across a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Develop detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to facilitate project implementation.
- Work in close collaboration with architects and engineering professionals to create cohesive design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on designs produced by junior engineers.
- Conduct site inspections and participate in project meetings to resolve engineering issues encountered during construction.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
- Remain updated on emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering to improve project delivery.
