About the job

We are seeking a talented Senior System Analyst to develop innovative solutions for our sales network and manage order processing and inquiries executed by our Middle and BackOffice teams using Salesforce. This project will involve modeling and implementing sales processes, including onboarding, pipeline management, quoting, acquisition, and scoring. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of the OneDesk platform, including the construction of a Next Best Action (NBA) mechanism, a 360° client view, and a task management module.
