Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and document workflow processes to identify, archive, and delete materials in line with destruction policies and NARA guidelines.
- Report to the Contractor IT Manager or Systems Manager, collaborating closely with Government Case Managers and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Collect and analyze information from consultations to define project requirements and design systems accordingly.
- For smaller projects, perform a full range of technical support including program validations and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings in both formal reports and oral presentations.
- Collaborate with COR regarding task orders, personnel assignments, and overall project progress.
- Supervise personnel on task orders, ensuring adherence to work standards and that technical designs meet functional requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all projects and prepare necessary technical documentation.
- Implement and manage configuration management plans.
- Facilitate user training sessions and prepare relevant training materials.
