Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and upgrade ATM software, integrating relevant add-on solutions like marketing displays, remote management tools, and reporting systems. Configure and troubleshoot ATM networking systems (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless), addressing connectivity issues between ATMs, servers, and banking systems. Implement and uphold ATM security protocols, including encryption, firewalls, and anti-skimming technologies, while monitoring vulnerabilities to cyber and physical threats. Analyze electronic journals (EJs) to resolve transaction discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations. Deliver training and guidance on ATM software and security to stakeholders. Oversee the design, development, support, and documentation of ATM software solutions. Manage the software support process to ensure compliance with company quality standards. Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and partners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Maintain service records and generate reports on ATM performance, uptime, and recurring issues. Qualifications:• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
