As a Senior Systems Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational efficiency, stability, and availability of complex application systems. Your contributions will greatly enhance operational success, allow you to refine your skills in incident management and DevOps, and create lasting impacts through innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in incident management processes and tools, along with application monitoring metrics, to generate insightful reports and implement corrective actions.
- Navigate through complex application systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues that impact business operations.
- Adhere to standards and best practices to enhance the operational efficiency, stability, and availability of our systems.
- Employ continuous delivery practices to support and deliver high-quality software while working collaboratively within value-driven teams to foster innovative customer experiences.
- Leverage various logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and root cause analysis of incidents.
- Effectively utilize DevOps tools and methodologies to deploy and operate software solutions.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing your technical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Apply insights from our Technology Radar to creatively solve client challenges.
