Your Responsibilities
In our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, we collaborate across various sectors: Headquarters, Tech, Sales, Expansion, and Blue Collar. As a key member of our Headquarter Recruiting Team, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and be part of a creative team that sets and continuously enhances our recruitment standards to attract the best talent for our Business and Commercial positions.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the senior management team to identify and attract top candidates for areas such as Finance, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy.
Act as the primary point of contact, conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the entire hiring process up to the offer stage, while meticulously tracking data.
Develop effective sourcing strategies and leverage Active Sourcing through LinkedIn to build your talent pipelines.
Contribute significantly to the evolution of our recruiting projects, KPIs, and SLAs within the Headquarter Recruitment Team, bringing creative ideas for process optimization. As a Senior, you will lead one or more projects, such as on-campus recruiting or employer branding initiatives.
