Our objective is to empower every supplier on GetYourGuide with advanced tools, actionable insights, personalized support, and seamless connectivity throughout their journey.

In the role of Senior Team Lead – Supplier Success, you will drive the growth and retention of our international supplier network. You will own and refine our Account Management strategy, equipping local teams with essential tools, processes, and incentives to cultivate impactful, lasting supplier partnerships.

Collaborating closely with regional managers and directors, you will spearhead operational execution, provide actionable insights, and establish ambitious commercial targets. You will introduce scalable processes, develop AI-first tools, and promote best-in-class performance and pipeline management. Your strategic oversight will ensure the Account Management team operates at peak efficiency, delivering commercial impact through optimized availability, pricing, commission, quality, and maximizing supplier success.

Most importantly, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of (senior) business operations & strategy managers, championing collaboration across Sales Operations, Analytics, Supplier Marketing, Product, and other vital functions.
