Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee the expansion strategy for enterprise clients, including upselling, cross-selling, and referrals. Foster deep, trust-based relationships with both business and technical stakeholders. Conduct strategic business reviews that are tied to tangible business outcomes. Handle renewals, contract modifications, and conflicts with confidence and expertise. QualificationsMinimum of 6 years in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success, particularly in the technology services sector. At least 5 years of experience in commercial negotiations, including renewals and conflict resolution. Proven success in expanding a business portfolio by over 25% annually, measured by revenue or Annual Contract Value (ACV). Prior technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect. Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend client priorities, market trends, and operational needs. Fluency in English and Spanish is required (Portuguese is a significant advantage). Willingness to travel as necessary to foster client relationships.
