Appian’s Customer Success team in Denver seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to help clients shape and deliver impactful solutions on the Appian platform. This role centers on supporting commercial clients after the sale, guiding them as they design, develop, and implement custom software and AI-driven applications. The work directly supports digital transformation and helps organizations strengthen their market position.
What you will do
- Lead and contribute to all phases of project delivery: define requirements, design solutions, develop features, and implement applications using the Appian platform.
- Work in an agile setting, learning clients’ business processes and technical needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Deploy relational data models and create APIs to enable system integration.
- Build AI applications with Appian’s tools, including retrieval augment generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models.
- Collaborate closely with both client technical teams and business users throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support and empower clients as they build their own process applications on Appian.
