Program reporting to leadership — providing status updates, necessary decisions, and resource trade-offs. Preferred QualificationsA minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management within hardware-intensive environments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical expertise gained through hands-on program leadership. Direct experience managing electromechanical or powertrain development programs, ideally covering hardware, firmware, and manufacturing. A strong grasp of product development processes, including DFMEA, DVP&R, design release, and production validation. Comfortable engaging in technical discussions regarding schematics, CAD, and technical specifications.
