Promote operational and cost excellence along with continuous process improvement across the organization. Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and facilitate decision-making through well-crafted narratives at both executive and team levels. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and scale technology operations for ongoing improvement. What We Are Seeking:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.7+ years of Technical Program Management experience within a fast-paced technology environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
