About the Role
SharkNinja is on the lookout for a highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our New Product Development (NPD) group within the Engineering team. Serving as the pivotal connection across the organization, you will synchronize project direction, crucial decisions, and priorities spanning multiple business functions.
In collaboration with Design Managers and Engineers, you will share the responsibility of successfully bringing new products to market. While engineering teams focus on the delivery of solutions, you will take the lead on defining 'what' is delivered, ensuring the right product is developed at the right time, with full stakeholder alignment.
Your accountability will be to introduce best-in-class, five-star products to the market, ensuring global teams remain aligned, timelines are adhered to, and risks are effectively communicated and managed.
What You Will Do
- Lead cross-functional alignment on project direction, ensuring teams are unified towards a common product vision.
- Own and drive project scope, ensuring the 'what' is clearly defined and delivered.
- Collaborate with Design Managers and Engineers to successfully launch NPD products.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved and retailer timelines are met.
- Keep global teams informed on project status, key risks, and critical decisions.
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex challenges clearly.
- Support technical discussions and contribute to problem-solving as necessary.
