Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who will take charge of technical project delivery across all business facets at Sully.ai. You will establish processes for sprint cadence, set delivery standards, and effectively communicate technical milestones to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end project governance throughout Sully.ai’s teams and agents.
Set the sprint cadence and establish delivery standards to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines for swift and high-quality releases.
Convert intricate technical milestones into clear communications for stakeholders.
Create playbooks and frameworks for consistent engineering delivery.
Essential Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with a minimum of 3 years in early-stage startups.
Proficient in Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and practices.
