We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to serve as both a strategic talent partner and a hands-on recruiting expert. This role will be instrumental in managing our technical hiring processes across hardware, software, product, and operations, ensuring that Avive assembles a world-class team to scale our life-saving technology across the nation.
In essence, your responsibility will be to attract, engage, and secure the technical talent that fuels our mission.
This position will work closely with leadership across Engineering, Hardware, Product, and Operations to define our talent strategy, anticipate hiring needs, create scalable recruiting processes, and execute priority searches. This high-impact role will significantly influence Avive’s capacity to innovate rapidly and deliver life-saving products effectively.
