Your Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work alongside hiring managers and technical leaders to define team requirements and align hiring objectives. This involves sourcing, engaging, and evaluating candidates through various channels, managing the complete recruitment process from outreach to onboarding. You will also develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of technical talent, proactively building pipelines for current and future needs. Monitoring and analyzing key hiring metrics to enhance processes will be essential, as is collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure fairness and efficiency. Additionally, you will represent Brex at events and on social media, championing our employer brand.

Work Environment

This position is based in our Seattle office. We embrace a hybrid work model that combines the dynamism of in-office engagement with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we ask for a minimum of three coordinated days in the office each week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option for up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
