Design and implement efficient recruiting processes using data-driven methodologies, scorecards, and scalable metrics. Collaborate closely with Founders and team members, as well as recruitment agencies, to develop hiring strategies aligned with our growth objectives. Effectively communicate Giga’s mission, persuading top talent to join our team.
