Role overview
The Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) will lead hiring for key technical roles at Grow Therapy. This position is open to candidates based in San Francisco, New York City, or remote locations within the United States.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and long-term goals
- Oversee a high-impact recruitment pipeline, guiding candidates through each stage
- Apply data to inform hiring decisions, refine recruiting processes, and track requisition progress
- Represent Grow Therapy’s mission and values in all candidate interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, successfully filling critical roles
- Comfort working with both technical and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in expanding access to mental health care
- Ability to work independently and adapt within a mission-driven, growing company
