WHAT YOU’LL DOServe as a subject matter expert on prospecting techniques and tools for candidate sourcing, data extraction, web-scraping, ongoing process optimization, automation, and candidate management. Lead and execute the full-cycle hiring strategy, ensuring effective communication and thorough reporting. Conduct a high volume of interviews, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and shape hiring manager preferences, thereby improving interview-to-offer conversion rates. Engage and source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and SOBO campaigns. Create talent maps to provide market insights that inform your engagement strategies. Champion diversity in talent acquisition, ensuring a positive experience for candidates at every interaction. Represent the company at various recruiting events to attract top talent.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a vital member of Anduril's Talent Acquisition team, you will oversee our talent management strategy during a period of rapid growth and expansion. Your role will be highly collaborative, working closely with Production leaders to assess hiring needs, refine processes for efficiency, and uphold a high standard for talent acquisition and performance. You will have the autonomy and resources necessary to recruit and develop Anduril's exceptional team. We seek an individual who is ready to engage in all facets of recruiting and talent mapping, eager to contribute to a streamlined, agile team united by a shared mission, where every task is valued, regardless of its size.

This position will be hybrid, based in Seattle, WA. It is a 6-month contract, with potential for extension up to 2 years. There may also be opportunities for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
