P-362 - This position operates in a hybrid model requiring three days a week in our Heredia office.
As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be the go-to technical expert for resolving issues related to the Databricks Platform. Your role is to guide customers through their Databricks journey, ensuring they derive maximum value from our unified analytics platform. You will tackle a variety of inquiries, ranging from fundamental technical questions to intricate architectural challenges across the expansive Big Data ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions.
Your Impact:
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer inquiries associated with the Databricks platform.
- Offer best practices for custom solutions developed by Databricks customers.
- Recommend enhancements to optimize performance in customer-specific environments.
- Assist with challenges related to third-party integrations within the Databricks ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering and escalation teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of company documentation and knowledge resources.
- Champion customer advocacy.
- Enhance your expertise in AWS/Azure and the Databricks platform through continuous learning and internal training.
- Engage in on-call rotations during weekends and weekdays.
