Key Responsibilities:Exceed customer expectations in quality, timeliness, documentation, resolution, and overall experience. Resolve technical support issues related to Motive's products effectively. Investigate and report bugs or errors to the Technical Lead/Engineering team through Jira. Analyze data to assess the impact and root causes of issues. Utilize engineering tools to correct erroneous user/driver data for resolution. Provide constructive feedback for Tier 1 agents and assist with technical inquiries. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers through open communication channels. Desired Qualifications:Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (US). Strong written communication skills in both languages.2-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
