About the job

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Conflux Consulting, you will ensure that software not only functions correctly but is also demonstrably reliable, scalable, and maintainable. You will operate at the intersection of development, quality engineering, and DevOps.

More than just a tester, you are a quality engineer with a strong technical foundation. You will design test strategies, build robust test automation frameworks, and advise clients on quality assurance within modern software architectures. Your work will take place in complex enterprise environments where CI/CD, cloud, and microservices are standard. Additionally, you will serve as a knowledgeable partner to developers, architects, and stakeholders.

You will spend approximately 80-90% of your time on client projects, while the remaining time will be dedicated to knowledge sharing, innovation, and advancing the Test Automation practice within Conflux.
