Work alongside R&D, QA, and Product teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage. Contribute to system-level performance and load testing, simulating real-world customer scenarios. Lead initiatives to pinpoint automation gaps and continuously elevate the standards of test effectiveness and coverage. Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in QA engineering, focusing on test automation for backend and distributed systems. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing automated tests for complex distributed systems. Proficiency in programming languages and testing frameworks relevant to automation. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Your main responsibility will be to enhance automation coverage across functional, system, and performance testing scenarios.
