About the Role
As we build our Treasury function, we are focused on scalability and automation from the outset. Our goal is to establish modern and well-controlled processes that can grow alongside the business, backed by robust systems, clear governance, and the strategic use of AI tools. We are committed to designing touchless, AI-native workflows from day one with SOX-grade controls integrated into our processes.
This position reports directly to the Treasury Ops Lead and is pivotal in shaping and managing the foundation of our Treasury Operations. You will oversee critical tasks such as daily cash positioning, global bank account management, intercompany funding, payment controls, and Treasury reporting, while refining these processes to ensure they scale efficiently as we expand.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in both execution and process development. You should be adept at managing essential daily operations while pinpointing improvement, automation, and control enhancement opportunities.
You will be the second member of a rapidly growing Treasury Operations team at a company that is deliberately scaling. The processes you establish in your first six months will serve as the backbone for our operations at a tenfold scale. You will have end-to-end ownership, utilizing a tailored toolkit to design Treasury workflows that are seamlessly integrated with AI from inception, embodying the unique approach that only Anthropic can offer.
