We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our user-driven design team and contribute to the evolution of OpenProject.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, QA specialists, and marketing teams to enhance our product. Your work will include developing new feature concepts that expand OpenProject's capabilities, as well as refining existing interactions relied upon by thousands of users. Your mission will be to iteratively enhance user experiences with every release.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including exploratory studies and usability testing.
- Translate research findings into clear design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Iterate on design ideas based on feedback from users, engineers, and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.
