- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.- Extensive experience in UX design.- Over 10 years of combined professional design experience, including user-centered design (UCD) and UI/UX design.- A robust online portfolio demonstrating research-driven design decisions for responsive web and mobile applications.- A results-oriented problem solver with a keen eye for quality, precision, and excellence.- Proficient in user research methodologies, user-centered design principles, and interface design standards.- In-depth understanding of user personas, user flows, affinity mapping, and various research tools.- Strong grasp of the website development life cycle, including discovery, planning, design, requirements, coding, testing, and user evaluation.- Experience in assessing existing systems to identify UX issues and propose actionable recommendations.- Familiarity with designing web and mobile applications compliant with 508 and US Web Design System (USWDS) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead comprehensive UX design initiatives, encompassing research, blueprinting, and evaluating current systems.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of multiple websites and applications across various clients in a fast-paced setting.
- Conduct all stages of user research and analysis to inform the development of user-friendly web pages, application interfaces, and other sophisticated solutions.
- Collaborate closely with federal practice engineers and clients to define, design, and deliver exceptional, intuitive solutions for federal users and their stakeholders.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to effectively convey interaction and design concepts for websites and applications.
- Create scalable design resources to enhance project collaboration and expand ECS creative services.
