Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.- Extensive experience in UX design.- Over 10 years of professional design experience, particularly in UCD and UI/UX design.- A robust online portfolio demonstrating a research-driven approach to designing responsive web and mobile applications.- A results-oriented mindset with high standards for quality and meticulous attention to detail.- Proficiency in user research methodologies, user-centered design principles, and UI design standards.- Advanced knowledge of user personas, user flows, affinity mapping, and other research tools.- Comprehensive understanding of the website development lifecycle including discovery, planning, design, requirements gathering, coding, testing, and user evaluation.- Proven experience in identifying UX issues and providing strategic recommendations.- Familiarity with creating compliant web and mobile applications adhering to 508 and US Web Design System (USWDS) standards.
