You will also manage the delivery of smaller projects independently, requiring minimal oversight. Your expertise in customer-centered methodologies will be crucial in defining and crafting experiences that significantly enhance patient outcomes.In this role, you'll engage in comprehensive customer research involving patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), care service providers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), payers, and other stakeholders. This research will yield insights that guide an evidence-based approach to designing effective experience solutions. You will have the opportunity to validate solutions through prototypes, simulations, customer testing, and collaborative workshops with clients and target users.Collaboration is key; you will work closely with various departments to leverage internal capabilities and foster broader client relationships.Key Responsibilities- Independently deliver small to medium-sized projects with minimal guidance from senior consulting staff.- Conduct customer research and analysis to inform UX strategies and solutions.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute effective digital and service solutions.- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal clients, utilizing design thinking principles.Desired QualificationsIdeal candidates will have experience in areas such as experience strategy, customer research, omnichannel customer journey design, digital ecosystem design, service design, and the development of websites and digital marketing platforms. A passion for design thinking and co-creation is essential.
