The Senior User Experience Researcher role focuses on shaping product direction through research that uncovers user needs and behaviors. This position bridges user research and artificial intelligence, supporting the evolution of Anaplan’s intelligent planning tools.
What you will do
- Lead and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from start to finish, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Conduct research on AI-driven products, evaluating effectiveness, identifying improvement areas, and exploring new possibilities.
- Design and execute studies using interviews, usability tests, and surveys, including participant recruitment and tracking success metrics.
- Integrate user research, analytics, and customer feedback into clear insights that inform product priorities.
- Share research findings with various audiences, including executive leadership, to support a user-centered product strategy.
- Encourage the adoption of AI-powered research tools and methods to enhance efficiency and insights.
