We are seeking a talented UX Writer to take complete ownership of the content experience within our Courier app. You will work on everything from onboarding flows to daily delivery interactions, ensuring clarity and alignment with our brand voice at every touchpoint.
Joining a multidisciplinary product team comprised of designers, product managers, engineers, and localization partners, you will audit, rewrite, and create content that is compliant, consistent, and scalable across different markets.
