Role Overview: Senior Value Attainment Analyst
This remote US-based position focuses on building the financial ROI story for Ambience Healthcare’s clients. The Senior Value Attainment Analyst transforms customer data into persuasive ROI analyses that support renewals, expansions, and demonstrate the company’s impact. The role covers the full deal lifecycle, from pre-sale modeling to post-sale measurement and renewal support.
Collaboration spans Care Transformation Executives, Sales, and Product teams. The analyst manages comprehensive analyses for assigned accounts, advances value measurement methods, maintains benchmarking dashboards, and presents findings to finance and clinical leaders at health systems. This role reports to the Head of Value Attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ROI analyses for assigned accounts, managing data acquisition, cleansing, final deliverables, and quarterly business review presentations. Ensure analyses are accurate and defensible for health system finance teams.
- Contribute to and refine value measurement frameworks for different care settings and product lines. Address metrics such as E/M level improvement, HCC/RAF capture, coding accuracy, visit volume, and throughput metrics.
