Responsibilities
 
● Establish and operate the VFX style for new titles and the production process.
● Lead the creation of high-quality simulations, textures, and materials in collaboration with art directors and concept artists.
● Manage tasks for internal and external VFX teams, including scheduling, mentorship, and documentation.
● Collaborate with engineers and technical artists to build and enhance the VFX production pipeline.
● Address troubleshooting for tools and in-game issues.
 
Qualifications
