Role Overview
Urban Villages is in search of a visionary, strategic, and dynamic Senior Vice President of Hospitality to champion and lead the Populus Hotels brand. This hands-on leadership position is dedicated to developing Populus’s intellectual property, establishing brand standards, creating systems to support growth, and enhancing portfolio performance. This leader will serve as the primary owner’s representative, collaborating with our third-party operator and asset manager to ensure that the Populus brand’s standards are executed flawlessly. You will be the internal authority who defines “what excellence looks like” and ensures our partners are held accountable for operational and financial performance. This role encompasses both operational and strategic responsibilities at the Populus Denver and Populus Seattle locations, and it will contribute to the corporate playbook for future Urban Villages properties.
