About the Role
As the Senior Vice President of Performance Creative, you will spearhead a dynamic team of 35 professionals across creative production, animation and design, creative strategy, and commerce content. This team has garnered numerous prestigious awards from The Drum, Digiday, and Meta for their outstanding contributions. Candidates with experience in leading influencer campaigns and UGC-style advertising for performance advertisers will stand out. This role is a pivotal leadership position within Monks’ Performance Media division. Reporting directly to the EVP of Digital Media over the Mid-Market Performance team, you will collaborate with other senior leaders, including the SVP of Digital Strategy and media channel directors, to enhance and innovate the creative impact for our largest and most rapidly expanding clients. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring creative excellence, nurturing executive client relationships, providing full-funnel creative leadership, and enhancing Monks’ reputation as a trailblazer in performance-driven content and storytelling.
